How can I remove form 593? When I uncheck it & click on Continue it doesn't remove.

Please try to directly delete the form in TurboTax. 

 

To do so, follow the instructions as follows:

  1. Open your tax return.
  2. Click on Tools.
  3. Click on Delete a Form. 
  4. Scroll down to your state forms and look for Form 593 and click Delete.

Finally after 4 hours of trying to file state tax with 592b — and not 593, this solution worked! Mahalo!
