How can I restart my tax return using the free edition on the turbotax website? I "finalized" my return, but I need to file by mail and want to make a change first.

As long as you have not mailed the return, you can go back and make changes. In TurboTax Online, sign in and you should see Taxes Done on the Tax Home page. Scroll all the way down and click on Add a State. That will unlock your return to make changes.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
