How can I review my tax extension form

I need to review which account I used and the the scheduled payment date.

You can find the extension option in the "Other Tax Forms" section. With your return open, click:

Federal
Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to "Other Tax Forms"
Click Start/Revisit next to "File an Extension"
It will ask the status of your extension and if not already mailed...
