Question

How can I sign into a different account if I have the same email linked to each of them?

I filed taxes with TurboTax in 2017, which is the return I am trying to access. Since then, I created a Mint account using the same email. I am now unable to view my tax return because I am logged into my Mint account. How do I sign out and sign into my TurboTax account if they use the same email for login?

The email is irrelevant since you can have several accounts linked to the same email address  ... you need to use the same user ID for each account.

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one).  Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your 2019 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
