Question

How can I stop email from Intuit requesting an updated credit card when I explicitly cancelled automatic renewal? Their email suggests they'll process my order soon.

    You can rest assured that you won't receive a product if TurboTax can't successfully process your payment.  They simply won't send out product without payment in advance.

     

    But check the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ below to ensure that you've indeed successfully cancelled your Advantage account.
