How can I stop emails reminding me to start my return, since I no longer use TurboTax to file?

I need to keep the account for access to older returns. I have opted out of all email in my settings.

Thanks, but as stated, I had already done this.

Per the preferences page: "Even if you opt out of marketing emails, you may still get emails about your account, transactions, and customer service inquiries."

I assume the reminder is considered an account email, not a marketing email, but it's not relevant to me, and it's annoying (I've received multiple reminders).

I can try to block them at my end, but since I don't know what other irrelevant mail might look like, I'd prefer to just stop it at the source.

Many users have multiple accounts without realizing it. You might have an "old" forgotten account that is generating the marketing emails.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
