How can I switch back to the app version to finish re filing?

    Switch back from where?  Where are you?  Are you in the Online version and want to go to the Desktop program?  Or visa versa?

    You can use the same login ID that you use with TurboTax Online with TurboTax Mobile. 

     

    Refer to the TurboTax article How do I use the mobile app? and What's the difference between TurboTax Online and the mobile app? for additional information.

    Apparently I am stuck in a loop, tech support said it's a known problem they're trying to fix.
