Did you already actually pay with credit/debit card?  If so, that's problematic in regard to removing the Live feature.

Live Basic is $79 for a Federal return and $44 for a state return.   If you choose to pay the fees out of the Federal refund, there is an additional 39.99 service fee (44.99 for California filers.)

The Live feature is a paid upgrade that allows you to contact a tax expert CPA/EA on demand for help during return preparation, and a final review of your return prior to filing.

If you already paid and can't remove it, you'd need to talk to Customer Support to see if you can convince them that you ended up with it by accident.   Emphasize that you never used any of its features (if that's the case.)
