How did you receive your $25 referral credit when referring someone to Turbo Tax?

I used the referral link to refer my sister to Turbo Tax but Indid not receive my $25. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, who did you contact for help?

If your friend used the link and they filed using TurboTax, then once they are done with their tax return, you should receive a gift card via email per this FAQ. Your sister needs to actually file her return first though. If she has, there is a link with information to contact us at the bottom of that FAQ.

Note that it says:

"Up to 45 days after an Advocate’s Friend redeems the Offer using the Link from the invitation, the Advocate will be sent an email with Reward information for electronic gift card and charity donation options (if made available). After Reward selection, another email will be sent with gift card e-certificate information..."
