Just not sure if this is below a minimum filing or if I do in fact need to amend my return. If I do need to amend my return how do I add it? as it was not an option included with 1099-R 1099-INT etc.

You will probably have to amend your tax return is you received dividends of $120.91. The IRS tax table is divided into $50 steps. Adding $120.91 probably means you've gone up two steps and may owe additional tax.

How do I amend my 2020 return?

You can start the amend process. Your refund boxes will change to $0. After you add your dividends, if the box says anything besides $0, you should amend. If it stays at $0 it means there's no change in tax and you can cancel the amend process. A balance due means you owe more than. A refund means you will get extra money on top you what you already received.
