I did my return, can I do my childrens' on the same account?

Yes, you should prepare a separate tax return for each child.

Be sure to indicate " Someone else can claim me on their tax return."
This is the only way for them to get an income tax refund.
If you file multiple returns it may be worthwhile to get the desktop version.
You can file up to 5 returns.
