    As long as your return hasn't been filed yet, you can go back to your return and follow the steps below:

     

    1. Go back to the website provided by your bank, credit union, or insurance company, and select the TurboTax link or icon. This will take you to the TurboTax-branded affiliate site with the discounted pricing.
    2. Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
    3. On Tax Home, select Start or Continue to enter your return.
    4. Select Tax Tools on the left, and then Tools.
    5. Select My Fees. It should show the discount.
