How do I add my 1095-A form when e-filing for my taxes?

My federal return keeps getting rejected with Reject Code F8962-070.  Which states that the ACA form 1095-A for 2021 needs to be present, which I do have, I just need help figuring out how to include it, or how to add it in to my e-filing return.

The Form 1095-A can be obtained from the healtcare.gov website - https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-form-1095/

Once the 1095-A is in hand you need to enter the information in the TurboTax program.

 

To enter your Form 1095-A -

  • Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
  • Click on Deductions and Credits
  • Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
  • Scroll down to Medical
  • On Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A), click the start or update button

 

Or enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1095-a
