I IRS is refusing my bank information. They ask if you got a refund or if you paid. Then they ask amount. I put zero. I have tried refund and 1.00. they all get bounced back to me saying doesn't match my information on file from 2019 tax. I understand it is some kind of error called #190. Help. Can't I add my bank info here on Turbo Tax even if I didn't get a refund or even if I didn't have to pay anything.
