To enter your Federal & State estimated taxes paid:

 - Federal Taxes (Personal for Home & Business or self-employed)

- Deductions & Credits

- I'll choose what I work on

- under Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

- Estimates - click Start or Update

- under Estimated Tax Payments click Start on the Federal estimated taxes paid & then State estimated taxes paid for 2016
