How do I answer the question when asking me to enter the total fees paid for subsidized housing?

I entered on the tax form that I rented from a subsidized housing unit for 2021.  How do I answer the total fees paid for subsidized housing? Are they asking me what I paid or the housing unit?

I'm afraid that you are applying for a credit for providing subsidized housing.
