How do I attach additional form to 1040 and efile with the Desktop version?

I need to attach some additional forms that TurboTax doesn't list. How do I add any custom forms or attach a pdf to 1040 and efile with the Desktop version?

Form or Schedules not supported by TurboTax can be attached to only mailed tax returns. They cannot be included with an e-filed return.

1. Can I attached a PDF to e file return?

2. 1099-R portion of money used for medical expenses. Where do you put medical exemption code?

Total 2023 1099-R Distibution 10K however 10K used for medical which was determine at bit later time.

1 - No, you can only add attachments to a paper return filed by mail.

2 - After you have entered your Form 1099-R reporting the early distribution from your IRA or retirement plan, there will be a series of follow-up questions. Then, there will be more follow-up questions after you leaving the Form 1099-R summary page. One of those questions will be a screen showing many different options available to reduce or eliminate the early distribution penalty. There will be a box there for medical expenses paid (in excess of 7.5% of AGI). This is where you enter the amount paid for medical costs that exceeded 7.5% of your AGI on the return.
