You can also purchase the CD/download from various retailers such as Costco, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, Sam’s Club, etc. etc. etc.

    All CD/Download products include all the same forms. However, if you need a state download, it is less expensive to buy Deluxe which includes a free state download than to buy Basic and buy the state download separately. All state returns from all CD/Download versions have an additional state efiling fee. It is currently $20 but typically goes up later in the tax filing season.
