How do I cancel my return that I did for the covid-19 if somebody else has already claimed me on their taxes oh, now their taxes won't go through because of it

You can’t. If you filed a statement that you were not filing a tax return but could not be claimed as a dependent by someone else, that is just as binding as if you had filed a tax return.  The person who plans to claim you as a dependent will have to mail their tax return to the IRS. Processing will be delayed because the IRS is not processing paper returns during the coronavirus shut down.  And, the IRS may investigate you and the taxpayer who claimed you, for the conflicting claim.
