If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2020 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

there is no where for me to go. I was peacefully doing my taxes, now I am stuck on that screen, with either turbotaxlive or my expert. 9y using and this year might be the year to switch services...

I booked my expert who filed tax in 2023. But after receiving, he transfer to another expert.

I am not sastified with this. How can I cancel tax expert.
