How do i change and eFile my tax return if i've printed it already?

I printed and mailed my return in April and still have not seen a return, nor is there any information on the "where's my refund" IRS site. Debating just efiling instead but I can't find that "file" option that is referenced.

The IRS requests that you do NOT file another tax return.

The IRS has not processed paper tax returns for several months due to the pandemic. They have only recently started processing those tax returns on an as received basis.
