You cannot change your banking information after you file your tax return.

You will be able to change it in the FILE section when you are ready to file your next tax return.  Changing it now would not send it to the IRS if that is what you are thinking.  Congress has not passed a second stimulus check.  IF and when they do, we hope the IRS will provide a way for people to change banking information if necessary.  If a check goes from the IRS to a wrong or closed account the bank sends it back to the IRS and the IRS mails a check to the address on record for you.
