How do I change (edit) the amount or date of estimated payments for 2023 Home and business, I payed one a month late?

How to edit estimated payments made late so they reflect any penalties. Also how to enter: my daughter did not make first 3 payments, payed full amount Jan. 15.

To enter, edit or delete estimated taxes paid (Federal, State, Local) -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Estimates, click on the start or update button
