How do I check to see if both of my jobs were filed at the same time?

    Were they W2 jobs?  Check your 1040 return line 1 to see if it is for the total W2 box 1.

    Why do you need to check?   Do you not remember if you entered both W-2's on the same tax return?   Can you look at your W-2's and add the amounts from box 1 on each of them?    Do you see that amount on line 1 of your Form 1040?

    If you only entered one of your W-2's, you will have to wait for the IRS to process your return and then amend to add the other one.  Do not make any changes at this time.
