Question

How do I claim 2018 federal refund? I completed turbo tax for 2018 last year, but I did it late I wasn't able to efile it. I never mailed it. How do I file it?

Turbo tax says my return status of 2018 is Printed. I want to file it so I can get the refund, but the site thinks it was "printed". How do I actually print it to file it, or just efile it?

No you cannot e-file 2018.  E-filing closed in October 2019 for 2018 returns.

Now it is too late to use online software or to e-file for 2018   If you have any changes/corrections at all to make to your 2018 return, you now have to complete it using desktop software, which you must download to a full PC or Mac  (not to a mobile device).

If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.

They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday-Friday.
