How. do I contact a person. I need to know what is going on with my taxes I have paid you to efile them.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund or the status of taxes paid.

 

The bank information and date of payment will be shown on your Federal Filing Instructions page and on the Federal Information Worksheet in Part V.  Use Print Center and the option for all worksheets.

 

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

 

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

 

The bank information you entered for a direct debit of taxes owed is included in the tax return that was filed.  The IRS will debit the bank account either on the date requested or after that date based on the IRS processing procedures.  The IRS does not send any type of confirmation for when the taxes owed have been debited from a bank account.

Did you e-file?  Did you click a big orange button that said “Transmit my returns now?”

 

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say that your return was submitted.  The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.

 

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?  

https://www.irs.gov/refunds         

  Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?”

 

Note:  If it says “Ready to Mail” or “Printed” that means YOU have to mail it yourself.  TurboTax does not mail your tax return for you.
