How do I correct blank fields on a Form 1040 inside the TurboTax website software? My review shows I have blank fields but I am positive I filled in all information.

Every field on your tax return will not be filled in.

For instance if you did not get an IRA or Pension distribution. Line 4 will be blank.

If you did not have any special tax situations. Line 14 would be blank.

So you see, you need not be concerned that some lines are blank.
