How do I correct the error on my state estimated tax payments; one is missing?

We made all four state estimated tax payments.  They all cleared the bank.
Paid one by check and 3 online. Only 3  payments are shown.  How do I enter the fourth?

This is entered in the Federal area where you enter Federal Estimated Payments. Go back and review that area.
