How do I correct the fact that I somehow chose the paid edition of TurboTax instead of the free one that I typically choose even though I have already sent my taxes in?

My original refund was 409 and was rejected due to something that I mistakenly did, and part of that mistake made it so I had to select a paid for edition of TurboTax... When I corrected it, it was lowered to 306, but with the fees I'm being charged it's been reduced to about 100 something! How do I correct these fees that I normally don't pay if my refund is already sent?

If for some reason you paid these TurboTax fees with a credit card after you knew the TurboTax account fee charges, it is unlikely that you will get a refund.

 

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
