The D-444 earnings statement is similar to a paystub listing your hours/withholdings/net pay, You should be receiving a W2 for from the census bureau prior to 1/31. That is the deadline for providing W2s to employees.

Additionally the IRS is not accept returns until February 12 this year which will give you plenty of time to get the W2 and complete your return prior to the first day of filing.
