To delete a 1099-DIV entry, while logged in to your return:

Click on "Income & Expenses"
Next to "Dividends on 1099-DIV" click on "Edit/Add"
On the "Here's your 1099-DIV info", click on the "trash can icon" next to the 1099-DIV you want to delete
Click Yes to confirm the deletion
