How do I delete the $25 Turbotax fee?

The $25 charge from TurboTax is for Efiling your State return.

If you want to mail in your State return instead, you won't have to pay the Efile fee.

If you want to do this, in the FILE section, choose 'I want to Efile my Federal return' and 'I want to print and mail my State return'.
