Simply sign in at TurboTax.com with the same login you used to e-file. You'll see a link where you can print the 4868, right underneath your extension status.

If you do not print when you file the extension, you will have to pay for the product if in a paid product, if you are in the free product you will have to act like you are filing by mail then select Tax Home and then you should see at my docs, until the deadline to print free returns.

Underneath my extension status, it says "Your status is currently: Accepted. We recommend finishing your taxes as soon as you can." No 4868 form or any other document is listed.

You'll need to go to "My Docs" to find it, then there will be a section under the appropriate year for your extension. No idea why TurboTax makes it so difficult to find, even when you pay them.

I am not sure if this has been resolved, but I am just passing along information that has worked for me. You have to go to the year and click on "Download tax PDF" and the extension should appear there. Hope this helps, I was stuck for weeks. Ciao
