How can I visit my return from 2019 that included my child ?

Yes, you should be able to access your tax returns if you used TurboTax to file them.  If you used TurboTax Online, you can sign in to your account and access your returns from the Tax Home page.  That is the landing page when you sign in. 

 

If you used the desktop software, the tax returns are saved to your local hard drive or the cloud locations that you specified when you saved them.
