How do I download TurboTax Premier which I am being offered free from Fidelity?

We cannot see the offer you say that you have from Fidelity. Is the offer for a discount on the CD/download or for the online version of the software? Any time you are taking advantage of an affiliate discount you need to go through the affiliate website to get the discount. So there has to be something you need to read more carefully and click on the Fidelity site.
