How do I drop.name of someone I did taxes for last year?

Hopefully you used a separate User ID for that person so simply don't log in and the account will go dormant.
If you used your online account to file their return after doing your return then you are SOL ... you will need to start over with a new account and user ID although you can use the same email for notifications.
