How do i efile a second amedndment to 2020 taxes

i already efiled an amendment, still not processed. But i got paperwork saying i needed to file a second amendment

you start with the amended return and amend it. but I wouldn't do that until the first amendment is fully processed and it's probably too late to e-file the second one.
