How do I enter 1099-R distribution code 2, in TurboTax Deluxe Desktop?

I did a individual 401k conversion to Roth IRA and also a Backdoor Roth. My 1099-R indicates in Box 1 and Box 2a as $40,000 (of which backdoor roth of 7,500). I paid quarterly taxes of the remainder already. But how do I enter the following in TurboTax desktop so I am not paying any additional taxes?

32,500 individual 401k conversion to roth ira
7,500 backdoor roth
