How do I enter info fro a 1099-INT that I received from the IRS?

The form on the TurboTax website doesn't match the document I received from the IRS. I believe this is interest from my last tax refund. It just has a single number for total interest paid or credited, and was obviously not from a bank, like the TurboTax form suggests it should be coming from.
