How do I enter my 1099-INT and 1099-DIV manually? Turbotax will not let me get out of import (from brokerage) loop

When I try to update interest and dividends, I am put into a loop to import from the brokerage, without being allowed to EXIT!!!! - OR - type the interest and dividends manually. There is something broken here because there is not even a "BACK" button!!!

Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.

To type in your interest and dividends, follow the instructions below:

Open TurboTax
Select Federal from the menu
Select Wages & Income
Select Show More at the section Investments & Savings section
Select Start next to Interest on 1099-INT
Select Enter a different way to type in your1099-INT
When finished, select Add Investments to add your 1099-DIV
