How do I enter my 1099-INT even though the screen continues to go blank/white on me?

In the search menu or magnifying glass type "1099int" without the space, and click the blue jump to link, there you can edit and review your entries, before leaving page make sure to click done at bottom of page.

Do a federal review again. 

If no success, clear you cache and cookies, logout, then restart your computer and log in again, review entries, click done, go to federal review.
