How do I enter my paid leave from my employer on the 1099-g, even though they never sent me one

It depends on what forms you received. Only enter the forms exactly as you received them so the IRS will be able to match their copy.

 

You will have to reach out to your state and/or employer to confirm what forms to expect.

For more contact information for your state, presuming you are in California: California Paid Family Leave.

 

To enter Paid Family Leave specifically if it was reported to you on Form 1099-G, do a search for 1099-G and use the Jump to link in the search results or scroll down in the Wages & Income section to Unemployment. Click Show More and Start. Enter Form 1099-G.
