How do I enter personal item sales that were included on this 1099-K?

I'm adding a 1099-K form selling personal items on EBay, all of which were sold at a loss. I've imported the 1099-K into TurboTax on the web.

-----

The Intuit help article for the web interface says

We’ve collected your 1099-K information, but you’ll need to add more info about your sale in another section.

  1. Select Continue on this screen.
  2. On the Your 1099-K Summary screen, select Done.
  3. On the Your income and expensesscreen, select Start or Edit/Add next to Investments and Savings (1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-K, Crypto).
  4. On Your Investments and Savings Summary screen, you’ll see a line item for your 1099-K income. Select Edit or Review and enter the information for the first personal sale item.
    • Make sure Personal items is selected under What type of investment did you sell?
    • The Total amount paid should be the amount you originally paid for the item.

However, at this point, there is no line item for 1099-K income.

There is a line item for the 1099-K on the previous screen, but it does not permit adding individual investments.

In TurboTax Premium Online, after entering an IRS form 1099-K for personal item sale, at the screen Let's finish pulling in your investment income, you should see the Personal item sales to be reported.

When entering the IRS form 1099-K, did you select

  • This amount in box 1a is too high
  • I sold some items at a loss or had no gain or
  • All items were sold at a loss or had not gain?

Instead of saying all items were sold at a loss, I tried some items, and that seems to have gotten me moving.
