How do I enter Schedule K-3 Part III Section 2 ?

My schedule K-1 has Box 16 checked. I have Schedule K-3. But it only has information in Part III sections 2. But Turbo Tax does not have an option to fill in Section 2 information, but has section 3 and section 4. But my K-3 has these section empty. How Do I enter Part II section 2? please advise.

Did you enter Schedule K-3 after entering the related Schedule K-1? Part II, Section 2 is the third screen in the Schedule K-3 step-by-step interview. The page title is "Enter deduction information."
