How do I enter Voyager Crypto transactions into TurboTax Desktop?

So I made a few sale transactions during 2021, but was unsure how to enter them. I did request a CSV from Voyager with all the transactions but I did not receive any 1099-B forms. Can someone advise on this, please?

A 1099-B is the preferred form to use; however, if you have the detail of the trades you can complete the posting of the sales.

    Go to Wages & Income

    1. Scroll to Investments and Savings

    2. Select Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other (1099-B)

    3. Time to kick off your investments! = Okay

    4. Time to kick off your investments! = Continue

    5. Let's import your tax info = Enter a different way

    6. There are five boxes available

      1. Interest

      2. Dividends

      3. Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds

      4. Cryptocurrency

      5. Other

    7. You will select Cryptocurrency

You will then go through an interview process to describe the sale.

    You will need

    • What type of investment did you sell? = See drop-down
    • How did you receive this investment? = See drop-down
    • Description = This is the name of the cryptocurrency
    • The date this investment was acquired
    • The Date sold or disposed of
    • Proceeds (The amount you got)
    • Cost or other basis (The amount you paid for it)
