Question

How do I erase and start over again. Made a mistake somewhere. Please disregard so I may start over

If you are asking how to clear your return and start over, TurboTax has that option for those who have not paid or registered their product.  

  1. Sign in using a browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc)
  2. Click "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
  3. Click "Clear and Start Over"

If you have already paid or registered your TurboTax product you will simply need to delete and/or overwrite items in the interviews as you progress through return completion.
