How do I erase my return and start over? You've already billed me for my account but there is an error I cannot correct.I didn't see it when I first filed?

I need to file a corrected return but am locked out of changing anything now. I need to clear the existing data and start over. You have billed me $118 for your services so I expect some now.

Did you already file it? I think it locks you out after filing. If you filed was it Accepted? And if you already paid the fees you can not clear and start over. If you already you have to do an Amended return to correct it. If you haven't filed yet you will have to manually change each item. Click on Add a State to let you back into your return.
