Will I need to add an additional form to this like a W-7?

If he does not have a taxpayer identification number (SSN or ITIN), you will need to enter a "dummy"  SSN for your husband.  You can enter 999-88-9999.  But you will need to print your return.  You cannot e-file.  After you print your return, you must "white-out" the dummy SSN and enter in that space "NRA" before mailing your return.
