A 2016 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

I'm not trying to file for free. I paid 69.99 plus fees to purchase turbotax 2016 deluxe

This is a rip off. You can't file past income taxes online and I paid $69.99 and got nothing!!!!
