How do I file my first quarter estimated tax payment for 2017 on line if I already file my 2016 taxes online.

You can use the IRS website or mail a check. The estimated payments cannot be paid through TurboTax. You must manually pay them on your own. One option is to mail the check. Another option is to use the IRS website and pay online; the IRS allows payments to be made through your bank account or a credit card:
